Sambour 1 was Suorkear Investment’s earliest project with a total land size2 hectares, marking the beginning of our journey in real estate development. Located in Sambour Village, Sambour Commune, Siem Reap City, this project laid the groundwork for our future successes, including the renowned Knar Landlots and other flagship developments. After we succeeded Knar project, many of our customers requested us to build houses with affordable price. Therefore, we decided to start Sambour Flats Project. The Sambour Flats Project in Sambour Village, Sambour Commune, Siem Reap City, is a shining example of the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and community development. Since its inception in 2016, this transformative project has delivered 100 houses, providing modern, affordable, and sustainable living solutions to families in Siem Reap.

The Sambour Flats Project in Sambour Village is more than just a housing development—it’s a testament to the company’s vision of creating sustainable, thriving communities. By delivering affordable, high-quality homes, Suorkear Investment has not only transformed the lives of its customers but also contributed to the growth and development of Siem Reap City.
